Online purchases can be returned by posting them to our Supplier (address upon request).
The returned items must be unworn
If you item arrives to you damaged or faulty please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the damage. we will replace your purchase as a matter of urgency.
If the incorrect size has been ordered we will issue you a refund (not including the postage cost) and ask you to reorder through the website. You will need to send the item back at your own cost. We recommend using the signature on delivery option via Australia post so that the item doesn’t go missing in the post.
